Site walk
We measure the pad, check the grade, verify post-hole depths, and flag drainage. Twenty minutes, free.

Inventory
Every bolt, panel, and bag gets counted against the manifest before a tool comes out. Missing parts get sourced same-day if possible.

Two-person team, torque-spec'd, anchored, plumb. We follow the manufacturer sequence, not whatever shortcut a forum suggested.

How fast can NWA Assembly come out?
Most weekday bookings made before noon get same-day or next-day service across Bentonville, Rogers, and Bella Vista. Saturday slots fill first; book a day ahead to lock one in.
Do you bring tools?
Yes. Every truck carries a full impact, ladder, level, anchor kit, and ratcheting set so you don't have to chase down a missing socket.
What if I'm missing a part from the box?
We catch missing or damaged parts during inventory before we drive a single screw. If something's short, we tell you up front and either source a replacement or reschedule with no charge.
Are you insured?
Yes. NWA Assembly carries one million in general liability plus workers' comp. Certificate available on request before any work begins.
What's the workmanship guarantee?
Lifetime on every joint we fasten. If a bolt we set ever loosens or a step squeaks, we come back and tighten it free of charge for as long as you own the structure.
