What we know about Springdale backyards
Har-Ber and Sonora lots run big enough that we routinely build the 14-foot two-tower cedar forts that won't fit elsewhere. The clay-heavy soil here drains slow; we always recommend a 4-inch gravel pad under any shed and we do that grading work as a single-line add-on rather than a separate trip. Springdale's mix of older Tyson-era homes and new construction means we see plenty of rebuilds where the original kit was anchored to a deck that's now rotting, we re-engineer the anchor path to ground-spec when that happens.
